Project Overview
Disney Memories HD was one of those 'magical' projects where I drew inspiration from my own experiences growing up around the Disney Parks. It was quite a long RFP (request for proposal) that made the top cut each round and in the end, our designs won over the other competing studios. They had one of the most intense design approval processes I've ever been through and it helped me appreciate a solid, clear, and concise design from beginning to end. The initial launch screens are posted as the app has since gone dark.

Design Approach
Designed contextual navigation that adapted to guest location and time of day. Prioritized one-handed mobile use in crowded park environments. Tested with guests across multiple park locations to validate wayfinding effectiveness.

Enhanced guest satisfaction through improved wayfinding and transparent wait time information, reducing time spent navigating and increasing time enjoying park attractions.
