Technical Project Management
Seven years leading cross-functional delivery for Salesforce implementations, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation projects. Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, stakeholder management, budget oversight ($500K–$3M), and multi-state Go Lives with zero-error launch records. Healthcare, insurance, and membership platform experience.
Deliverables: Project plans, roadmaps, sprint boards, risk assessments, milestone briefings, change management documentation.
AI Initiatives & Infrastructure
Building and operating autonomous AI agent infrastructure. Persistent memory systems (Cortex), worker orchestration (Forge), overnight automation chains, local LLM deployment, and MCP protocol integration. Practical AI that runs on commodity hardware with zero cloud dependencies.
Deliverables: AI implementation strategy, autonomous worker pipelines, memory architecture, infrastructure documentation, training materials.
Salesforce Delivery
End-to-end Salesforce project delivery — from scoping and architecture through Go Live and post-launch support. Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD pipeline design. Eight projects delivered on schedule and under budget.
Deliverables: Salesforce architecture, integration plans, deployment pipelines, stakeholder demos, backlog grooming, QA coordination.
Design Systems & UX
A decade of enterprise product design for Disney, Wegmans, AB InBev, Shake Shack, and the Met. Mobile-first UX, design system architecture, and the bridge between design decisions and technical implementation. I prototype in code because designs need to survive real constraints.
Deliverables: Design systems, UI/UX specifications, prototypes, responsive flows, brand guidelines.
